Matcha Coffee Recipe

  • It's simple, quick & easy. This recipe uses just a few simple ingredients, you can make this matcha coffee drink in minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 shots of espresso. (Depending on your taste).  We recommend: The Perfect 3 or Founder’s Blend

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder. Ujido Matcha Powder (organic / Non-GMO) (Ceremonial Grade)

  • ½ teaspoon of raw sugar.

  • Hot water. (Just enough to dissolve the matcha powder and sugar).

  • 2 tablespoons of organic milk. Try whole or 2%. Or substitute dairy-free milk like almond, walnut, or soy.

  • Ice cubes.

Let’s get started -

Step 1. Add matcha powder and sugar to a tall glass.

Step 2. Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of hot water. Stir until matcha and sugar are dissolved.

Step 3. Add ½ cup of ice cubes.

Step 4. Add milk.

Step 5. Add espresso. To retain the beautiful ombre effect, do not stir.

Step 6. Enjoy it.
